Karl Lagerfeld Turning to Journalism

The designer became editor in chief for for the free Metro newspaper. He added his own sketch to it, Russian Prime Minister Putin wearing a crown with the words "Putin's dream" on it. Karl Lagerfeld doesn't believe in politics so much anymore. He thinks that countries should be run like companies, he says.

Floating countries will end the fight over land soon

In the future, whole countries will be built on the surface of the sea, some scientists claim. These countries will be fully sustainable and the platforms will be build in the same way that oil platform are built. The sea doesn't  belong to anyone else, and therefore you won't be in the need of any visa either. The countries will be able to produce their own power, and it will solve some of the problems that we have, for example wars because of ideology or shortage of land.

But is it really that good for the environment? Wouldn't that destroy the life in the sea? Is it really such a good idea to colonize the sea too?

The Hero with a Thousands Faces, Joseph Campbell and us

Josepth Campbell was the greatest mythologist of our times. He compared myths all over the world, and during all times, and found that all myths share the same theme. And that, we are living myths, more or less. But in order to make our lives even more interesting, we need to listen to "the call" and follow our bliss.
